Thus, quality spices grown under natural environmental conditions are highly valued in the international market.

About Shipping
- Please refer your country or state to us before you place an order so that you can avoid any inconvenience in obtaining services.

1. If your goods have already been shipped by us, it will definitely be late to receive the item you ordered. Otherwise the item will be in the possession of the Customs and will be returned to us. In such a case we are obligated to refund your money.

(For 5g – 1.999kg weight, I will use the register post service or speed mail service “EMS” service operated by the Government of Sri Lanka.
For loads between 2kg – 30kg you will use the parcel service operated by the Government of Sri Lanka or the speed mail service “EMS”.
It will take approximately 4 days to 5 weeks to receive the goods through these services.)
- Also for you small emergency orders Speed mail service (EMS) facility is available for which you will have to pay an additional fee, after informing us of your requirement we will inform you of the charge for the EMS service.
In addition to the foreign exchange services operated by the Government of Sri Lanka Postal Service mentioned above, we are obliged to inform you of any foreign exchange service that may be obtained from the Private Sector.
** If you recommend any other private sector foreign exchange service that you (the buyer) trust, we are ready to pay attention to it and you will have to bear the cost.
